im not filling my freezer up. I did it with the pizza's and regretted not having room for more expensive stuff. 3 papers for me and that's it.

of course! Raided the cupboards and fridge to see what's left, so worked out I can make and freeze:

A massive batch of veggie spag bol (with the half price Quorn, 32p bogof passata jars, free pasta from Ts Orchard) - so going to get some garlic, tomatoes, onions, peppers, chillis and mushrooms.

I have some leftover free short crust pastry so I'm planning to make some apple and blackberry pies.

Also with the short crust pastry, some individual raspberry and ganache tartlets for the lads at Coca Cola.

Loads of runner beans to cut and up freeze.

Strawberries for a cake I'm making for Saturday. Thinking of making a Frasier cake.
