Things like potatoes and parsnips roast well and freeze perfectly but I wouldn't dream of filling up my freezer with them. Cheap as chips:rotfl:

It's blueberries all the way for me:j

So they freeze and taste :D afterwards

reason for shop = to get £10 from clicksnap app

shop produced a pp for £8.20 and £10 back from cs
all other items removed (fillers and other things we needed to get to £30. so overall cost = £11.80 would have been less had the spring rolls worked

    2x IAMS DOG FOOD ADULT LIGHT CHICKEN 3KG - £20.98 £15.00

    2x T.BIG NIGHT IN CKN JALFREZI & PILAU RICE 450G - £6.00 † £3.80

    2x T.BIG NIGHT IN CHINESE 6 MINI VEG ROLLS 100G - £3.50 † n/a n/a n/a did not compare tonight. :(

Great job on your shop Zippy. Shame about the spring rolls though…. I only get them to make the shop cheaper, I don't like them at all :(

come on all the cooks out there what can we freeze that tastes as it should afterwards :D

I don't cook but if you freeze grapes you can use them as ice cubes so there's no dilution ;):D

Also what about making jams/chutneys/pickling etc
