I also never act my age, I lie about it so much I have no idea what age I am now
Is there an answer to this question.
If the weather is any good I mostly where white bootcuts in the summer - actually if its very good and it gets too hot for jeans then its a summer of maxis but that does not happen very often -
- anyway 2 pairs now are only fit for the garden I've had to put on a shiny new pair this morning - Marks Per Una, expensive but at least they fit and they are comfortable and the sizing is regular.
The only trouble is the love handles that drape over the top in an ugly way. If I wear a size 16 they will be too baggy and I have to wear a belt which will look like a bag of potatoes tied in the middle and you seem to be forever trying to keep them in place.
As it is I wear a t shirt on top and then a floaty top plus a rain jacket to try and disguise things a bit
Is it one of those things there is no answer for other than wear maxis or go back to stretchy leggings and baggy jumper?
(Marks don't even seem to be doing white bootcuts this year so I keep looking, Sainsburys don't either, no idea where else to look - always like to have a pair in reserve)“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. My son is on a reward trip today, year 6 going windsurfing and kayaking, we have had to pay £25.00 for 2 weeks of activities, which I think is an absolute bargain.
:bdaycake: Happy Birthday Smartie, have a wonderful day.
Best bargain of the year - is it residential or are they taken too and from school each day?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Sorry didn't hang around last night, I got loads done in the end yesterday.
Still have 4 bags of toys for Teeny that are under DD2's desk think they might just have to go on top bunk in DD3's room for August. And then back under desk until Christmas. :rotfl:
It is a relief to see the carpet in DD2's room again.0 -
