My son is on a reward trip today, year 6 going windsurfing and kayaking, we have had to pay £25.00 for 2 weeks of activities, which I think is an absolute bargain.
:bdaycake: Happy Birthday Smartie, have a wonderful day.
My sons trip is a day out to Manchester. Yes, I'm very proud of him and pleased that he's did well enough to be invited. I do feel that £27 is excessive for a day out and it might be a struggle for some people. I also feel that 'reward' trips are fine but it's quite cheeky of school to award them, tell the kids and get them all excited and then get parents to pay for it. Who's going to say no?0 -
