Remember, with Gmail you can add one or more dots . (e.g. anon@gmail, a.non@gmail a.n.on@gmail anywhere in the name part of the email address and it registers on systems as a unique email address, even though it will still come through to your main Gmail inbox (and if needs be, you can change settings through GMail online to be able to reply from that account if the need arises). Should any offers come up where you may need more than one email address, this can be quite useful without using Yopmail or setting up other multiple accounts elsewhere as you don't actually need to set up the email account

The M&S meal deals often include soft drinks (posh/unusual ones) although I think these are lower value than the bottles of wine so you need to make sure that you have £25 worth of food and drink before the discounts.
