You know those annoying pieces of ribbon that are attached to the inside of shoulders on clothes, for no apparent reason? The ones that always work their way outside the clothes, no matter what?

........if you are going to cut them out whilst wearing the garment
    1. choose a small pair of scissors
    2. Move your hair out of the way!

Thank you, I will check that out in a bit, I'm at Glastonbury at the moment. Well, not in the flesh obviously
I've been popping in and out of Glastonbury myself
I've only been the once, in the mid-'80s. Had a great time. Four of us in a 2-man tent. We basically didn't sleep for four days - but we were young, then, and could do that.
I ended up on stage with Billy Bragg, too. By accident. He was playing in the acoustic tent, which was jam-packed full, so we went round the back of tent and sneaked in under the tent, security spotted us, I saw a little set of wooden steps, escaped up those ... and found myself on the stage:eek: with Billy in mid-song.:o He was fine about it, though - top bloke; I knew him, as I'd put him up a few years before, for the night, when he was on tour promoting Life is a Riot With Spy vs Spy.
'Levi Stubbs' Tears' is still one of my favourite songs

I know! I could only find a pair of wallpaper scissors and I was on my umpteenth top on a trying on session.

Then my OH made it worse by asking me why I was cutting my hair when I'd just been to the hairdressers  :D :rotfl:
