And people who eat garlic, apparently; that is, eating it regularly or a few hours beforehand, rather than chewing on a clove:eek:; though I've heard that this is a bit of an urban myth.
Though if it's mosquitos, it's only the female ones that do the biting ... typical:rotfl:

Well garlic will repel more than just insects!
Although they do say if your friends don't like garlic, get new friends..
Alias Smith and Jones was one of the more amusing western series back in the day when the telly was saturated with them. Maverick was another like that.

Some people don't get bit. Does anybody get bit too much or too little? In which case what is your blood type? There are meant to be some blood types that mozzies don't bite as they allegedly find it repellant, but I don't remember which one it is!

When I lived in Scotland I seem to recall that you didn't have to go too far out of the cities before you were eaten alive by the midges, especially in the west where there's a lot of temperate rainforest.

I get bitten and I am blood type AB.

Good job David. is not here he would have a field day with that. :rotfl:

cant get anywhere near mine now, ive gave up on last reductions

    Same with mine.

Did my main shopping Monday, went and bought the 55 quid trampoline Tuesday, had to return a microwave Wednesday, went in for a birthday cake for DS today, timed it around final whoopsie time..

Same people there every day stood around from 7PM until 8:30PM just waiting.. Woman doing whoopsies has to take them into the back and label them up these days, she just kinda throws the trays onto the shelves and does a runner. Pushing and shoving there is mad and everyone not involved just stares in dis belief.. Can't get near the shelf.

Don't mind people getting bargains but.. what do they do with it all? They can't eat it all.. :rotfl::rotfl:
