i currently have the old style bt vision home hub 2 with gold package phone and broadband

my contracts have all expired

there are currently some good new customer deals with the new home hub youview box etc

wud me cancelling bt then getting it in my wifes name be classed as a new customer and if so how long should i wait??

i was looking at sky but cant get the free broadband in my area
