hi , I am in a similar situation, i parked on Moorgate and got a ticket. I have sent your standard letter as suggested to " newbies " i have had not had a reply but have had the letter from DRP. Who am i now meant to write to ?Do i complain to UKPC that they have ignored my letter and popla request ?

Complain to UKPC attaching a copy of your previous appeal and complain to the BPA; the email address for the BPA is in post #6 of the NEWBIES thread. Much as I admire your vendetta against UKCPS might I suggest the OP complains to UKPC ?
