Welcome Finance

Hi
New to this but I contacted welcome finance about four polices I had with them back in 1998 and they said that they will not be investigating my claims going back more than 10 years. So I called them and asked for the name and contact details for the Insurance companies that provided me with the PPI and Health cover, the funny thing was he said have you got a pen ready and he was going to give me the details and then hesitated and said we do not have this information and we do not hold records going back 12 years. So I laughed and said ok I will go to the FOS with this complaint.

Not sure if to do this or not? But I was young and needed to borrow the money. Any advice would be good. Thanks
