VOIP provider

Can anyone recommend a VOIP provider, for use as a second line, with a Linksys PAP adapter?

It'll only be used for the occasional outgoing call, mostly used for incoming calls.

I don't really want to pay a monthly fee if I can get away with it and I'd like any top ups not to expire..I'd like a geographic UK number, too.

Was looking at sipgate.co.uk, can anyone suggest anyone else?

Been using Sipgate for over ten years, highly recommend. If you go PAYG topups do not expire.

My box has the facility to allow two incoming VOIP 'lines'. Do you happen to know if it's possible to set up two VOIP numbers on the one account or do you have to go through the faff of starting a second account?

My ATA also supports two numbers, so I asked Sipgate that question a while ago, their reply was for home accounts you needed two separate accounts.

I've had great success with VOIPFone (I can't post the link). Very cheap and reliable.

If you don't mind US dollar billing: DID Logic, Hong Kong company but with PoPs in many cities including London. 0.57 ¢/min for outgoing to UK geographic numbers and good call quality.

Can't really beat Sipgate for incoming calls.
