I have been to that website, my problem would be getting the cash into my bank account as my bank have told me I am not allowed to move business cash into a current account.

Its crazy how many obstacles I have had to jump to hit this wall :(

    Try https://www.adelante.co.uk

I use their taxi payment solutions for card transactions, which goes into my personal account. They say a business account is not needed.

There are loads I am able to use for payment solutions like PayPal Pro but my issue then falls into that cash being placed into a personal account which isn't allowed by most banks as they want to charge you their business rates for that.
Theres no law in it but banks don't like it and my issue then falls into what I sell which isn't allowed :(
Thanks for all your help but I guess if your not a "somebody" you can't sell these things as banks don't like it...

Your problem is that the banks don't have to do business with you - I remember having to go through quite a process to get a card machine when I had my own business a few years ago even though we had had over two years of business banking with them at the time.

Can you set up a 'parent' company that might not sound as risky and list the trading as online retailing or something similar - just be suitably vague about the actual product line until you have built up some goodwill.

That sounds great, I will look into that for sure. Thanks :D
