The registry Ltd and Equifax FYI

I have just spoken to a lovely lady who informs the CRA's re the CCJ updates and satisfactions and she informs me that Equifax are repeatedly ignoring their information and failing to update their records.
I know this because equifax have told me that the registry have not told them, but the registry have informed them weeks ago and the other 2 agencies are updated.
I have raised a complaint with equifax but thought may like to know.
What to do eh.
