New Site Layout :( where is feedback option?

What do you think of the new site layout? Sorry but I don't like it I think it is much too spaced out and the blue colour is not easy on the eye.

But getting down to specifics

1. When you first arrive at the forum, where do you log in? The log in option has gone. You have to go and select the "post" option before you can log in. Why?

2. On the Contact Us link, there are no contact details other than Ts and Cs and complaints. Why not?

3. On the bar on the right when you come to the Forum front page, it says "how do you like our new site? Read more"... When you click on more there is nothing it takes you straight back to the main forum again.

Is there anywhere to give feedback because if so I haven't found it.

If you scroll down the full forum list, there is a section titled about MSE, the feedback section is there.
When I logged in, the login option was to the left of the thread list level with the top thread. (i think it was blue)

OP is referring to the new look before you log in, once logged in it is the same layout

Thanks. I tick the 'remember me' box which explains why I haven't seen it.

Apparently, it is just a trial for two days also, so hopefully not here to stay!

I would imagine that its a pre-requisite for changing the whole site to the same format!

    Be prepared for a change.

Right - have seen the login on top left, not an improvement in my view, looks like it has been tagged on as an afterthought, much preferred the previous version.

It's amateur, as is testing it on a live system with (supposedly - Currently Active Users: 8742 (1015 members and 7727 guests)) millions of users and not checking how it works on older browsers - ie8/9 etc.

Feedback is here, but any negative feedback will probably be ignored

It will change... people will be upset about it... then those people will get used to it... then those people will complain about the thing they didn't like in the first place being changed!

    And so continues the cycle!!

I do hope that you are right as I am struggling to be able to read it.
It is very painful on the eyes.:(
