Apricot tree - precot de saumer?

Phoned up Neal's nursery in London and was told this is the apricot tree they have.

The person who asnwered wasn;'t able to tell me what the variety is in English but just spelt out what was written on the label and it seems to me to be a French tag, anyone know what it is and what its characteristics are?

    saumur it should be, a place in france.

    So precot from saumer. What is precot? Self fertilising/pollinatig, dwarf tree? sharp/sweet?? etc/
