What to send to data controller re post DRO cleanup

This may be a silly question but Im trying to do a credit file clean up and I've got the template to write to the data controllers of each company, however Im not sure what document to include in the letter...
I have a document of about 10 pages long which i received when the DRO was being applied for which includes all the debts, account numbers etc and I have another document that I received around 5 days later confirming the DRO was going ahead, again quite a few pages long and includes a list of creditors but no account info. So which bit do I copy to send in the letters to the data controllers? Im not keen on photocopying all the pages and sending a huge wad of paper to each company.
I did email the insolvency office and asked for some kind of confirmation/certificate to send to creditors and they replied saying a certificate doesn't exist.
Soooo...What do i send?! Help!
Thankyou in advance!

Send a copy of the letter you got from the DRO unit - that sounds like the second one. The first sounds like a printout of the application, probably sent to you by your intermediary

If your DRO completed less than 3 months ago, you should also be able to print your page from the insolvency register
