My minimum seems to be around £1.50 ish.43580
-
I was invoiced the day after I had registered and that was for £1-88.Geoff0

Well mine is over £9 and they said the same to me when its enough.
I think they got billing problems as others have had late payment Emails and thats why I decided to contact them.
You may want to make a note of this info:HEINZ wrote:
For future reference of anyone who receives one of 1899/18185/18866's "Your payment has failed" e-mails (which appear to arrive even though there's no reason for a credit/debit card or direct debit call to have failed), the way to recover the situation is to clear the outstanding invoice by making a BACS payment direct from any bank account Connect Telecom.
I know that the details required for a 1899 payment are as below and, as 1899, 18185 and 18866 are all essentially the same company, it is reasonable to assume that the first 3 lines apply to all 3 'companies' - with the vital part being the 9-digit customer account number in the fourth line.
Pay to: CONNECT TELECOM UK
Sort code: 15-10-00
Account number: 22069880
Reference: The relevant 9-digit 1899, 18185 or 18866 A/C number

From memory the first invoice came when i got around £2 worth of calls. After that it has been around every 2nd month approximately.0

Interesting responses - I was going to ask the same but it looks like it's bi-monthly then. We joined in April but didn't use the service in earnest till late May and got invoiced on the 7th of June for £3.15 but have yet to receive an invoice since despite making over £6 worth of calls .0

Mine has been monthly up to now.
Still confused if it's not billing issues.0 -
They tend to bill you every two months.0

I e-mailed them yesterday and got a response today saying they bill around the 27th of every month providing the bill is over a certain minimum otherwise its every 2 to 3 months.0
