Lloyds Bank Extra Income Unit Trust

Options
Hi

Does anyone know if a Lloyds Bank Extra Income Unit Trust is still valid? I wrote to Lloyds Bank Unit Trust Managers back in April and have had no response. Just googled them and it appears they were dissolved in 1996!! The trustee is Sun Alliance and the certificate I have was registered in 1990.

Ta in advance :j

I don't know, but Lloyds investment arm is now Scottish Widows (SWIP), so it would be worth writing to them as they might know more about investments than the retail banking side of Lloyds.

'Extra Income' is a suitably vague phrase so it's difficult to chase through, but there's a SWIP Extra Income Unit Trust which closed in 2009. It seems, however, there have been a variety of other funds called 'Extra Income and Growth', so this could be the wrong one (some of those were subject to a mis-selling scandal...)

Best get in touch with SWIP, I suggest.
