10. When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, MAG/Monarch will publish your name and county
11. You must provide your full name and email address. MAG/Monarch will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.
12. By entering into this promotion, you agree to the personal data you supply being used by Manchester Airport Group and Monarch Airlines for market research purposes. In order to administer the promotion Manchester Airport Group (or its agents or contractors) may disclose the information you supply to any other companies within the Manchester Airport Group

14. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited and will not be counted
15. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and won’t be returned
16. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final
17. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by contacting Manchester Airports Group, Marketing 5th Floor Olympic House, Manchester within six weeks of the closing date
18. MAG/Monarch reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control

Strangely the flights are from East Midlands Airport even though it's on the Manchester Airport website.

I thought it was quite odd as I received it in my East Midlands airport email but then directed me to the Manchester website

Yes although East Midlands is owned by Manchester Airport you would have expected to see it on the EMA site
