what rights with the manufacturer do you have

Hello, I recently bought goods from Amazon UK and found the goods faulty after one replacement I asked them to give me a full refund and this was assured to me would be done immediately.
I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that you cannot be sure when you buy their goods from Amazon that they are brand new or been refurbished or that someone else has had them and it would be better to buy from one of their retail outlets or direct from them.
this is my question if you buy from them the manufacturer will you have the same rights as you do if you bought from a 3rd party seller such as amazon or anyone else?

Your rights with the manufacturer (or any third party) is merely that laid out in any warranty agreement they may provide. If no warranty was included in the original sale or has expired your rights against the manufacturer are nearly zilch - nearly merely being if the goods cause personal injury then you have rights against the manufacturer. But otherwise you have no rights against the manufacturer - just whomever you bought the goods from.0

If you buy directly from the manufacturer (and the manufacturer is selling you the goods under UK jurisdiction) then you have exactly the same statutory rights as if you had bought from any other retailer in the UK.
However if you buy from a foreign company under foreign jurisdiction then UK law won't apply, and whatever rights you have under the foreign jurisdiction may be difficult for you to assert.0 -

Your statutory rights are purely with the vendor that you bought the item from.
Beyond your statutory rights then different retailers may have additional protections as part of their proposition and/ or manufacturers warranties can vary by merchant in rare occasions.
The manufacturer only has a basic duty of care towards the users of their products if it isnt bought directly and they dont have any additional warranties0
