i would agree with this. but our local council got greedy and started using it for other purposes.

if they'd have been sensible with it. maybe it wouldnt have come down to a total ban.

one of the most amusing situations we've had is the cctv car parking up on double yellow lines causing an obstruction in the first place.

i had to get a photo of it to send to the local press just for proof of the double standards.
