    GPEOL has to be genuine. Reasonable is not a word I would use either.
    GPEOL has to be justified. Still waiting to see that by a ppc

    Well I was correct...my rebuttal email was too late...

    I checked my junk mail just now and have just received the decision from POPLA.

    The appeal has been ALLOWED! :j
