If you chose to use one for going to work(and why not) how would you choose to carry things apart from having a backpack.
Why should you care what a few people think of you for doing this.
Glad to see OP is keeping up his standard for absurd and pointless posts.

Round my way, the parents ride the scooters to school and the kids ride them back.

Obviously they shouldn't but stay home with the curtains drawn so they don't offend him with their less than perfect bodies and the odd laugh line. The OP naturally has no flaws physical or otherwise ( apart from an overinflated sense of self importance )

Whenever i see adults on them i presume they've just been to drop the young kids at school and just taking the scooter home.

I have been wondering who would win the prize for the most stupid post of 2014, I think I've got my answer now :D
No doubt just a wind up, but a stupid wind up nevertheless.

My collegue uses one as she is on a very tight timescale getting from work to train to get back to home 40 miles away to collect her child from nursery. She wouldn't be able to keep her job without it as she was having to leave 15 mins earlier to walk to station & now saves those 15mins by scooting yet still catching the same train. Sometimes reasons are more than just trying to follow a fad or trend.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.
