Talk Talk, urgent help needed.

Can anyone help? In October 2013 I moved out of my flat in Newquay. I contacted Talk Talk that I was moving out and requested information on the relevant paper work to fill out in order to change the bill payer and contract for the home broadband. I subsequently filled out the form, signed it and sent it to Talk Talk about a month after I received an email for a bill and noticed that the names had not changed, I contacted Talk Talk again and they notified me that they had not received the form and advised me to fill out another one which I did and a month later, another bill. At this point my old house mate put in a complaint via email and phone, once again they pointed us to the form that I'd filled out twice and advised us to fill out a third one. My old house mate filled out the form and sent it recorded delivery to insure that we had evidence that it had been sent. She has also sent 49 emails and 12 phone calls, it still hasn't been changed and we have just received a letter from a debt collection agency (Buchanan, Clark and Wells). Naturally this is quite distressing for me as I've never been in this position before and I feel that I have done all I can to change the details. Don't know what to do now!

I'd skip to the not being satisfied section as it seems you have tried the previous steps.

Might be an idea to contact the collection agency to say there is a dispute on the account and for them to contact Talk Talk regarding this. Ask Talk Talk to put a note on the file that there is a dispute.

The months that have been used your former flat would still be outstanding and there may be late payment charges but under the circumstances Talk Talk MAY rescind them.
