    Their fees are factored into their notoriously poor exchange rates.

    They're talking about the Post Office Credit card, which is load free, not the bureaux de change.

    Is it best to withdraw cash abroad on a fee free credit card such as Halifax Clarity even with the interest charged, or change cash before leaving home.
