Help anyone!
My son has been credit checked by A bank for a job. Experian rating is excellent Equifax is poor. The bank say there is a debt showing but Equifax say there is not and nothing is showing up. They told my son to go back to the bank but the bank say they can't tell him what the debt is. How can this be rectified when nobody can say what the problem is. Equifax say the problem may be because he is not on the electoral roll-he has been added to it now but that won't update until July. However the bank are adamant it is a debt-is the electoral roll seen as a debt? We are all very confused and this has cost my son a job.
Many Thanks
