Polished concrete floor with UFH

Howdy
Further to a couple of recent posts about a proposed new extension, I wonder if anyone has recently had a polished concrete floor installed? Any guide prices or recommended companies for the Oxford area? The area is around 35 sqm or so - a kitchen/dining. We would want a wet UFH system.
I saw an article on the Guardian website that suggested between £40-60/sqm and thought that didn't sound 'too' bad, but then realised the article was dated 2005! Every time I mention polished floors to friends they go "Oooohh....polished concrete sounds expensive!"!
