Competition T&Cs:

1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except for Tesco employees or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize promotion.
2. Entries must be submitted by emailing ellehammer-luggage@tccglobal.com
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 11.59pm on 6th September 2014.
5. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition, such as, and without limitation, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
6. There are four winners in total. Each of the four winners will receive a prize of a 3-night trip to Copenhagen for 2 people in 4 star accommodation including:
   • Flights to and from London airport (regional flights may be available for a surcharge paid for by the winner).
   • 3 nights bed & breakfast accommodation in a 4* hotel.
   • Private transfer to and from the hotel in Copenhagen.
   • All applicable airport taxes on flights.
7. The following are not included: Travel Insurance, UK transport to and from the airport, meals and beverages other than stated, spending money, activities for which a fee is payable and any other additional expenditure.
8. Winners are responsible for organising valid passport(s) and for securing any necessary visas or complying with other regulations prior to departure.
9. Prize trips must be booked at least six weeks prior to travel. Names as per passport are needed prior to booking (a copy of passports is preferred). Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
10. Prize trips must be booked by 15th March 2015 and completed by 30th April 2015.
11. Blackout dates applicable for Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
12. All documentation will be sent electronically.
13. Any increases to government tax prior to travel is beyond our control and will be payable by the winner.
14. The winners will be the first four entries drawn at random by an independently verified computer system from all eligible entries submitted by the closing date.
15. The winners will be notified by 14th September 2014 by email. The winners' names will be available after this date by sending an SAE to: Ellehammer Copenhagen Competition, GM Trade Planning, Floor 1, Cirrus C, Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1GA.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, corrupted, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason.
17. It is a condition of entry that entrants read and agree to the terms of usage at point of entry.
18. Prize must be accepted as offered, and no prize can be exchanged in part or in full. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated, and the prize is not transferable.
19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
20. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid disappointment.
21. The promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. The winners' details will be passed onto a third party for purposes relating to the administration and delivery of the prizes.
23. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
