    Hi Gill

A couple of things, both CAB and CCCS can do telephone interviews if you/your son contact them by phone/internet/letter. Explain the situation re your son's disability.

Read the OFT Guidelines on debt management here

    http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/consumer_credit/oft664.pdf

in response to the threatending letter telling you that they can put a charge on your house, see section 2.4.b and 2.4.f.

You should contact the trading standards inthe area that this modb are based and report them.

Also send a strongly worded letter of complaint to their CEO, quoting those sections of the OFT Guidelines and copy it to the OFT and Trading Standards.
