Refund for Driving Instructor course I never had

TBH, it was a very unrealistic assumption that you could rebook at all.
Why's that?
Having been told I could take as long as I wanted, as well as having no idea that the company I enrolled with had gone bust, I can't see how it's unrealistic that I wanted to book onto a course that I'd paid for......?! Or am I misunderstanding what you mean?0 -
I mean it was unrealistic after you found out that the company went into liquidation. That's why IMO 2006+2.5 is the most optimistic scenario when 6 years started.
I am pretty sure that the finance company will insist that it was when the company went into liquidation, i.e. earlier than 2006+2.5. And this will be understandable as you can't hold them responsible forever by claiming that you didn't know.0
