You can't spot-lose fat. 30DS will give you a good all-over workout

30DS is the only workout that came close to reducing my belly because it's a great all over workout it's well worth investing in some good weights to go with it too I love it!0

Just a note that you need two hand-weights to do the 30 Day Shred (or at least to do it fairly effectively).
However, when you start out you could use a couple of full 500ml water bottles. After a while you'll probably want something heavier and will then want to buy hand-weights.0 -
I have A LOT of time for Insanity. T-25 is a good alternative if you do not want a 45 minute workout.
Killing me not being abke to do it at the moment, bloody ankle.0 -

Highly recommend Shaun T Insanity.
Its definitely a challenge but it works - however I would say you have to be dedicated to the cause because its quite brutal!
I did the full 9 week work-out and told myself I was never going to do it again...I'm still doing it...because it works!0 -
My wife has a DVD called Power Yoga featuring a guy called Rodney Yee. Not a fitness DVD as such but absolutely brilliant if you suffer from lower back pain like myself. It's an hour long and almost guaranteed to relieve my back pain when it flairs up. If I had more time I would do it every day and I'm sure my back pain would never come back again. Just don't expect to be able to do all the moves that he does, like bending from the waist with your legs apart and touching the top of your head on the ground. I don't think so Rodney. Lol.0

Jillian Michaels has some great dvd 's and I would definitely recommend then. Insanity is very good, but as the name suggests it is intense and you really have to commit to it. I would also recommend that you look at https://www.fitness-fx.com; they do a range of different workouts depending on what you want. They have:
Groove fx (dance)
Jump fx (cardiovascular)
Blast fx (conditioning using body weight exercises)
Stomp fx (step)
Pump fx (weights)
Fight fx (martial arts)
If it's belly fat you want to get rid of, you need to predominantly do cardio workouts. It may not be your cup of tea, but if you do like boxing type workouts I would give fight fx a go. It will torch calories and fat but as all punches and kicks come from the core you will be working your mid section really hard at the same time.
Hope that helps!0
