Credit builder not showing on Noddle

I've started using the credit builder option with cash+ but it's been 2 months now and it isn't showing up on my Noddle file. Is this normal?

You paid for that? Honestly I wouldn't bother with that stuff. Just use the site to view your file. There are plenty of ways to build your file.

It doesn't show up until you've made first 3 month's payments!
I got mine in March & it's only just put first green square / mark / tick on noddle & it's nearly July...
