Going part time Self Employed

Hi guys, I currently work two part time jobs, one 22 hours a week, and one 9 hours a week. And as a family we receive some benefits
I have a hobby i want to monetize and eventually do full time. I want to drop my 9hr job, however then i will only be working 22 hours.
Obviously I will be putting hours into my other project.
My question is, how do you document this in order to show you are working over 24 hours?
Hope theres a simple answer,
Thanks guys

You can register as self employed, i.e. you can be both an employee and self employed. This should be okay, i.e. declaring the hours you work at the self employed work, provided it meets the test of being a going concern. So I would wait until you have stock to sell (if you are creating something tangible) and include selling the item, e.g. at whatever market suits your type of product, even if only once a week. Just so you can show, for the purposes of meeting the 24 hour per week work requirement for the household, that your self employed project is a going concern.0
