Hi,
I rent a property out and have a landlord insurance in place.
My tenant has informed me that there is water leaks from the ceiling. This happens due to bad weather and also when they bath. Bathroom is on 1st floor.
Can I make a claim to the insurance company for the above?
Thanks
MS

Insurance won't pay any maintenance bills.
If there is any damage done by the leak that will be covered0
