Never seen a German side play as badly as this team have done in the first half.
Think they'll get the 'throwing teacup' treatment at half time and come out a different team.2014 Losses - Front Door Key, Premier League, Luis Suarez0 -
Its amazing I cant remember them playing like this ever before.?
And I know ive never seen a goalkeeper basically being a defneder AND goalkeeper, dont the germans like defending (ive seen them attacking alot usually)
Think like you say compalex, 100% different team in second half (maybe they are doing the what i call usual in this world cup - slow and steady first half then - BOOM!!!!!
(Heres hoping anyway):)
p.s an early Algeria goal in second half would certainly 'inject' a spark into germany i feel
(guess maine's enjoying it, as he's not commented yet)Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -
Did anyone spot Glen Hoddle's Al jazeera slip when he was talking about Algeria.0

Belgium hopefully!!
I think everyone knew England were going to do nothing this year, even though we all hope.
My younger brother is rooting for Netherlands but I'm hoping Columbia do something surprising as well. Love an underdog!0 -
Shame for Algeria, great effort. I'm sticking with Colombia, hopefully knock out a pretty average Brazil.0

The so called 'minnows' in this world cup are no longer 'minnows' at all. Their skill, dedication and determination put England to shame.
I sense a football revolution taking place where England will have hell of a lot of catching up to do to compete against these teams.
The FA needs a complete revamp and a new manager who is forward thinking and is not a 'yes man'.
Rant over!2014 Losses - Front Door Key, Premier League, Luis Suarez0 -
Hello, are we looking forward to 'Argenitna Vs Swiss' followed by 'USA Vs Belgique'?
I think (apart from argentinas obvious class players) they could be good close matches?
Can messi step up to the mark - he needs to really do something tonight to keep the pressure on 'muller' of germany or 'neymar' of brazil or 'james rodrigez' (whos really impressed me) of colombia.
Anyone 1 of those 4 will win the golden boot, and i think they will all realise this so im hoping to see that 'magical' moment - what we'll still talk about in 10 world cups time (gawd i'll be old and in a home by then:()(hopefully)
