All I can find at the front is

"estate charge proportion means (subject to the proviso at the end of part two of schedule 9) 0.2258% of the estate expenses.

End of part two ached 9 is

"Provided that the developer prior to the handover date and the management company at any time may vary the estate charge proportion in relation to all or parts of the estate expenses in consequence of any alteration or addition to the dwellings on the development benefiting from the services of any other circumstances in accordance with the principles of good estate management."

If you pm me I will provide you with an email a copy of the lease to me as long as you redact all personal and identifying information first. :)
Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

  • RMG are simply crooks. I held back £70 of my service charge in 2010 as the TV satellite service which was part of the service charge went down and they could not be bothered to repair it fopr 4 months. I had to purchase my own receiver in the meantime. They then sent without warning the charge to a debt collection agency which they own and sent me a bill for £430.00 and also contacted my mortgage company. They are simply bullies and add charges without notice. I write to them continually to ask for some sensibility but they never reply.
I am now taking them to court for my wasted time. If everyone did this they would think twice about bullying people.
