giving bank details to student finance?

Hi
My teen has a conditional offer for uni to start this september. She has been sent forms to give student finance her bank details so that the money can be paid to her. They want the info asap.
If the new student accounts aren't available until july/august and she has to wait until her grades are known, will this give enough time to give student finance the details and get the money paid? Or should she give student finance her account details as they are now and then switch them after she's got the student bank account?
Hope someone can shed some light.

She should give them the current ones and then change them afterwards. She can change the details online.

This is what happened to my daughter last year. She also had to give student accomodation a bank account. She gave her existing bank account details to start with and then was able to change them online once she had her new account details. She found it really handy having two accounts - she left her accomodation payment to come out of her original account and just moved across the right amount to cover it from her new account. She then knew exactly how much she had left to "play" with after paying accomodation.
