Reclaiming CPP

Hi,
I received a letter a few months back regarding CPP but I thought it was junk so I've binned it then when watching Martin Lewis I realised it wasn't junk and got a new one delivered but my credit card account was shut down a number of years ago and I can't seem to find any documents relating to it such as account number etc, any ideas as to what I could do?
