Well first for a train company from me. We (myself, partner and mum) along with a train load of passengers got £10 each in highstreet vouchers to apologise for being stranded for 1hr 1/2 in a broken down train in morning rush hour.
The staff on the day were really apologetic but also helpful with their direction and communication.
