Other cardholders should have or will be receiving a letter with the full terms, but from section 14 of the leaflet it says the following:
"A non Sterling transaction fee is also added to a transaction made in another currency."
Does this mean purchases made in other currencies are no longer free of the 3% forex fee?

According to the summary info, the 3% (minimum £3) applies to cash transactions in a foreign currency
