TalkTalk are the worst company i have ever dealt with

I moved in March from BT & Orange Broadband ( it was with Wanadoo & tied calling Help in INDIA ) to TalkTalk
Talk Talk ...No communication when broadband was operational... i had call them after my Orange was disconected by TALKTALK
They did this without MAC release from Orange, result I had to pay Orange 6 weeks rental. Still await refund from TALK TALK
Paid bill with my Electron by Phone to TALKTALK
Did not tell me it had not gone through, i lucky found out & used a visa card
This was start of next problem
The refund from Orange turned into a request that i wanted to return to Orange some idiot on there staff entered wrong info on there system
After continual calling & Email, they disconnected my line 26th JUNE, they failed to stop the mistake
Failed to sort anything out or refund me the orange invoice, failed to alter errors on there system.
Invioce me for early break contract £70
I hope they take legal action to recover the £70, i want back from them the £29 for Orange messup & compensation for no telephone for 5 weeks as the mess is being sorted out
STAY AWAY from TALKTALK, there customerservices are NON EXISTENT
What a Shables they are & i wait my day in court.. £14,000 i want

Not wanting to be harsh, but your english isn't particularly comprehensive (i'm presuming it's maybe not your first language?!?!), so maybe they misunderstood you about the disconnection thing???
If you find it difficult to express yourself on the phone, try writing to their customer sevices explaining what's happened, and ask them to reconnect you.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

you want £14,000 compensation?!!! No wonder people criticise people wanting compo on here when people expect this for loss of service.0

Not a fan of talk talk either.
After I had nothing but problems even getting online we were eventually told 'well you dont pay for broadband so you cant expect perfect service!'
We were horrified to be told this!
Luckily Im never at home so dont really have to use it, thank god!Green and White Barmy Army!0 -

I agree, My OHs friend moved over to TalkTalk and got the internet and Phone through them. The first few months TT said there was a block on the line and that they couldnt change the line. After several weeks of going nowhere she just left it. Then last week she received a letter off a debt collection agency off TalkTalk for unpaid internet. When she contacted them they said that she hadnt repsonded to any letters(which they confirmed were sent via email!) and responded to any emails.- when she replied that they dont have the internet as TT couldnt set it up, they basically said tough!
Im amazed, they sent stuff via email when they knew they werent providing the service!
Where does she stand on that anyone know>0
