Fill in the blanks advice cards

Hiya! does anyone have a template for fill in the blanks cards? Really want to use them instead of a guest book but only ones I can find are American and my laptop is rubbish and won't download them so I can tweak them xxx

Thisis the link to my wedding thread many moons ago . In post 111 you can see my top tip tree.

We ordered 100 cards from vistaprint for free and they said.... Our top tip for you both is.... And a space for their comments, then with love at the bottom and a space for their name .

Would that work?

Actually post 19 on this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4644407 shows them, kind of, might not be what you want though.
