I'm not too sure on the water spray idea, think that may be used as a last resort if it really drives us mad. She has now got into the habit of doing it once or twice when I'm in there and then gets bored. But we'll see if that changes when I cook dinner! WeAreGhosts, she broke it soon after that picture so we now have a lone fish on the floor! Loves the two intact ones though, bless her

All of our cats have worked out that a sharp NO! means don't do that, when you spot them about to jump up. A swift 'plonking' back on the floor on the odd occasion they reached the worktop reinforced the message and it doesn't happen in our house.
