CCJ & Default for same debt??

Hi Guys,
Sorry to disturb you all during this world cup series!
I got a CCJ on 16/03/2012. This debt was with O2. The debt was passed on to Moorcroft. I made a payment arrangement with Moorcroft - which I have stuck to religiously since the CCJ. I have never missed a payment and the debt is coming to an end.
On my file with Experian, it says I have a default account with Moorcroft and they give me an 8 every month.
It's seems a tad unfair that I have a CCJ and a default account for the same debt. Is this right?
Thanks :money:

As long as the original 1st default date is on or before the date of the CCJ, that is how it is supposed to be shown.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
