Experian login.

I've just re signed back up to experian on Wednesday but so far once I login I get a failure page. I spoken to experian 3 times and they are polite and say they are on to it but 3 days with it not solved seems rubbish to me in this day and age of internet? Just wondered if anyone else was having the same issue?

They say they are aware and that quite a few people have the same problem. They have at least refunded my money that I paid and started me another free trial but still no good as can't use the trial if I can't login lol

Tried loads of platforms with then on the phone as well yesterday as they said the problem they originally had Wednesday was solved but today said it was not solved but the technical team are on it but I think it's strange that it's taking so long to sort

Day 5 and they have still not resolved this ive go annoyed with them on the phone today as they say that there are alot of people unable to login???? They must have the worst technical team in the world not to have this fixed by now.
