Travel insurance for 81 year old

I'm having difficulty in finding medical cover for my 81 year old mother. She visits the USA on a regular basis as my brother lives in California. She goes for 4/5 months at a time as such a long trip is not easy for an elderly person. However this is the problem. Most companies stop at age 79. I have found companies that will insure for people over 80 (few and far between) but they will not cover for the length of time away..
She did have a policy with American Express but they have changed their conditions and will not renew it due to the increased risk with travel to the USA. She does not need cover for the travel, baggage etc just the medical cover. Her medical conditions are underactive thyroid, and associated higher blood pressure, and she is hard of hearing. Otherwise she is fit and healthy.
Can anyone point me towards a company that will cover a longer than the usual stay, either on an annual basis or on a trip by trip basis.

I found the cheapest for my parents to be Saga. My mum has high blood pressure so has to declare this.

In the end it was even cheaper as they knocked off another 10% for allowing them to quote on house insurance even though she had no intention of taking it.
