  • Has your claim been fully settled? if not then tell the company that you no longer want them to continue with your claim.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

is the additional £433 new charges since Feb 07 then. I would think that would have to be done as another claim?

Was the payment from your bank to be made to the other company, so they will deduct the 10% and then send the payment on to you? How recently have you had the letter?

If you think your £733 is all old charges....

Do you have the details of what you submitted to the company? It could be that you didn't include all of your charges? Or do you have more than one account and the company has only dealt with one of your accounts? Or has the bank agreed to only refund part of the charges?

Is the £304 what the company are paying you? It might be say the charges they dealt with were say £338 and the company charged a 10% fee for doing the claim hence in this case they would have taken off £34 so you would only get £304.

You should have some paperwork with what the company dealt with anyway, and you can then work out what the differences are. Depending on the reason why the figures are different you may be able to do another claim for what hasn't been claimed if there are charges that haven't been claimed for.

You should have made the claim your self and got interest on the charges!
