You need to cancel with the company not the bank.
They will probably make a small charge for their services and refund the rest.
You may need to jump through hoops though. Email or written cancellation.
Scammed well. Not really if you had read the terms properly it would have said what they offer. They dont make it easy though.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
ive already requested to cancel with the company i done that straight away im waiting on a reply but surely if no money has left my bank yet i can cancel my card? i cant afford to let them take the money then wait for a refund0

I am surprised that they haven't taken money immediately after clicking 'submit'.
Are you 100% sure that no money has left your account? Have you spoken to your bank rather than just check online banking (some of which doesn't update right away)?"Facism arrives as your friend. Cancelling your card will almost certainly have no effect as its most likely they setup a Continuous Payment Authority, you need to cancel the CPA.0

You have, however, more than likely given the company a Continuous Payment Authority to keep trying to take money from your bank until you have the funds available to take it - at which point they will."Facism arrives as your friend. What do their terms and conditions say about cancelling?
If they tried to take money and keep trying will you get charged a fee each time?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
