Lloyds TSB and letters

I have an account with Lloyds, it had an over draft set and agreed by the bank, and I was overdrawn. I was paying a set amount on the overdraft each month as agreed by Lloyds (that didn't stop the letters coming!). About four months ago I paid the overdraft off in full and now the account is in the black.
However Lloyds keep sending me letters from collections that I have not returned the 'personal loan agreement' (I didn't ask for one) and that they are sending my account to collections to collect the 'Total payment due of 0 pounds sterling'.
The last two letters I recieved from them are dated six days apart. I have been told by the local branch that my account is fine and is under branch control. Where do I go or who do I write to, to get them to take my account out of collections and to stop sending me these letters. As talking to them has had no affect. My account is in the black and has been for four months.
Thanks

Have you spoken to the collections department and see what they say? I would try them and see what they say.0
