Paying orange phone bill with credit card.

I always pay my orange contract phone bill online if i was to pay useing my capital one card will that be considered a cash advance or a bill payment?

If Orange allow CC payments, there is no reason for these payments to be classed as cash advances.0

indeed if the payment option is there then it would be considered a normal bill payment.0

Just a small comment - I recently paid a T-Mobile bill by credit card, and they (T-Mobile, not the c/c company) charged a substantial fee which almost doubled the bill amount.
T-Mobile and Orange are now part of the same outfit, so may be something to watch for if paying by credit card.
(P.S. The reason I did this was because I wanted to change the bank account from which T-Mobile took my direct debits, and this was not possible while there was a balance outstanding on the account. I had to clear the balance manually before I could swap the DD over.)0
